Tall quarto. Original dark red cloth, front board with relief title within large lamé-textured gilt roundel enclosed by blind-stamped scalloped border, relief title to spine on gilt ground, top edge red.

Title-page printed in red and black, profusely illustrated from photographs including 20 colour plates.
Condition
Complete with 6 advertisement leaves. A little rubbed along joints and board-edges, a touch of staining from kitchen-use to pp. 106-114. A very good copy.
